Partner of the law firm, attorney and licensed restructuring advisor. He specializes in legal advice for business, in matters relating to the investment and construction process, as well as in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. He also has extensive experience in commercial and fiscal criminal cases.
For many years, he has been helping entrepreneurs in solving difficult and complicated legal problems. Thanks to an individual approach to each case and understanding the client’s needs, he has gained the trust of many entrepreneurs. She advises clients on current business activities, but also supports clients in responding to crisis situations. He provides legal advice on the implementation of construction investments and represents clients in disputes regarding the investment and construction process. He is fully committed to helping clients in asserting their rights and preventing situations related to the violation of the law.
He has knowledge and experience in the field of preparatory and court proceedings conducted by law enforcement authorities in cases related to economic crimes. In his practice, he successfully represented clients before law enforcement authorities and in proceedings before criminal courts. He advises his clients on a daily basis in the field of criminal aspects of running a business.
Licensed restructuring advisor. He participates in many restructuring and bankruptcy processes, helping companies improve their financial situation and avoid bankruptcy. His work in this area consists in close cooperation with the client, analysis of the company’s financial situation and proposing the best legal and financial solutions. He also conducts negotiations with creditors and prepares documents related to restructuring processes.
He also serves as the President of the Management Board of RBG Doradcy Restrukturyzacyjny sp. z o.o. – a company whose task is to support entrepreneurs in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings and acting as an out-of-court body as a court supervisor, administrator of the sanation estate and trustee in bankruptcy.
Attorney Łukasz Jabłoński is also the head of the Renaissance Business Group, whose main goal is to ensure stability and security in all areas of the company’s activity.

Partner of the law firm, attorney. She supports entrepreneurs in their day-to-day operations and provides legal services for business. She specializes in commercial law, labor and social security law, personal data protection and compliance. She conducts transaction processes with the participation of entrepreneurs and real estate projects.
She works with clients from various sectors of the economy, e.g. energy, construction, e-commerce, transport and industrial sectors. It provides comprehensive legal advice, taking into account their individual needs and expectations. She is valued by clients for her openness, communicativeness, professionalism, but also work ethics.
She provides legal advice to both employees and employers. She advises clients on in matters related to employment contracts, termination of employment relationships, accidents at work, mobbing, remuneration, working time. She represents clients before labor courts of all instances. She also deals with the creation and analysis of employee documentation projects.
She has unique knowledge and experience in the field of personal data protection. Her practice includes acting as a Data Protection Officer, conducting GDPR implementation projects, advising on the implementation and operation of specific solutions related to the protection of personal data, and preparing the required documentation. She represents clients in proceedings before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office and other authorities. In this regard, he conducts individual and group trainings for the employees and management of the company.
She helps clients in creating compliance and internal control systems. Is able to identify risks in the enterprise resulting from non-compliance with the law and other regulations. In order to minimize threats, she prepares internal rules of operation and develops procedures. She conducts trainings and workshops in the field of compliance.
