Chapter I - Privacy Policy
In accordance with art. 13 sec. 1 and section 2 of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection), we inform you that:
- The Collector of personal data is Jabłońska Jabłoński Adwokaci spółka partnership, ul. Królowej Jadwigi 2/12, 05-120 Legionowo, KRS: 0001022700, NIP: 5361969191 (hereinafter: collector).
- Any questions or doubts regarding your personal data can be directed to the Collector in writing to the address of the registered office or by e-mail: kancelaria@jablonscy-adwokaci.pl.
- The Collector collects and processes the following personal data:
- first name and last name,
- Address for correspondence,
- Phone number,
- e-mail address,
- company name – (if applicable),
- NIP number – (if applicable),
- business address – (if applicable),
- or other specified by you.
- Personal data was obtained from the contact form, during conversations, telephone contacts, e-mail correspondence, during meetings and will be processed for the purpose of:
- performance of services, including performance of the concluded contract and sale of products, ongoing contact resulting from the concluded contract or actions taken to conclude it (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
- providing answers to sent questions, correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
- fulfillment of the legally binding obligations on the Data Collector in connection with the need to store accounting documents (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
- defending against claims and pursuing claims of the legitimate interest of the Data Collector, until the expiry of the claims period in accordance with the Civil Code (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
- The Collector processes data in accordance with the law, collects them for specified, lawful purposes and does not subject them to further processing incompatible with these purposes. Data is collected only to the extent that is adequate, necessary and necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the provision of services.
- The recipients of your personal data are entities to which the Collector entrusted the processing of personal data on the basis of concluded contracts, providing, among others, IT and accounting services.
- The Collector makes every effort to protect the personal data of customers and users against unauthorized access by third parties and in this respect applies organizational and technical security measures at a high level. The Collector does not provide personal data to any unauthorized recipients.
- The Collector stores personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing and the contract and not longer than for the time specified in the applicable laws and not longer than necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Collector. After this period, personal data will be irreversibly deleted or destroyed.
- In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
- access to the content of the processed data
- rectification of the processed data
- delete the processed data
- data processing restrictions
- objection to data processing
- lodge a complaint in connection with the processing of personal data by the Collector to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, /UODO/SkrytkaESP).
The rights may be exercised via electronic correspondence (kancelaria@jablonscy-adwokaci.pl) or in writing to the address of the Collector’s registered office.
- Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data necessary to perform the contract or to provide a response prevents the conclusion and implementation of the contract, and thus establishing an effective relationship with the Collector.
- The Collector’s website may contain links referring to other websites. They will open in a new browser window or in the same window. The Collector is not responsible for the content provided by these websites. The user is obliged to read the privacy policy or regulations of these websites.
Chapter II - Cookie policy
- We use information saved using cookies and similar technologies for advertising and statistical purposes and to adapt the website to the individual needs of users. If you agree to the use of cookies, they will be stored in the memory of your browser.
- The Website uses two types of cookies: “session” (session cookies) and “permanent” (persistent cookies).
